Recently one of my managers at work has been falsly accused and fired for sexual harrassment. However, no one has ever seen or heard him making moves, comments, ect towards anyone. The 3 girls that turned him in to HR all have problems with the manager. They don't like him in one way or another. One even went as far as to make a comment that she would rather make money off of this then work the rest of her life. Everyone at the job knows he didn't do it but he was fired regardless. The rest of the employees including myself want to start a "professional and legal" petition to get his job back but aren't quite sure how to go about doing it. Any advice?? We live in Pennsylvania.

This is something you really should discuss with a local attorney. That may not be the best solution.

Before you do this, have you reported what you heard this girl say to HR or upper management? If not, you should.
