i am 16 male i am in kentucky and am trying to find a job was wondering what kind of permit i had to have and where and how to get it......and also how old do you have to be to get a ged in kentucky?

These are questions you should be asking of your school district. What jobs you can do at age 16 varies with the state, and the age at which you can get a GED has nothing to do with employment law.
