I had an employee tell me I was so fat I made him sick it progressed to him throwing things at me I went to my boss I was told I work in a mans world deal with it.another employee grabed me in a way that is inapropriate when I said something to him he trow money at me and told me he pays for his whores again I was told the same thing by my boss. there are guys that started way after me I trained some of them they get more hours then me and advance further I have more experience and more qualifications then them. I have a few of the guys that decide what jobs I can work on and whitch ones I can't I do not know how to deal with this please give me some of your thoughts

While harassment due to your size isn't prohibited (unless you're in Michigan), harassment and discrimination due to your gender most certainly is. I strongly suspect you're working in what discrimination laws consider a "hostile work environment" due to the on-going sexual harassment and being barred from higher paying jobs because of your gender.

You can file a complaint of sex discrimination with your State's equal rights division or the federal EEOC. You may also want to speak to an attorney who specializes in employment law. You do NOT have to tolerate this behavior - it's illegal. Good luck.
