to ur questions ..yes my boyfriend is still married to her..she moved into pensylvania in feb, 06 some time..and yes its court order id what the school said..what i need to know is how can the mother give up temporary custody with out the father haveing any knowldge or have to sighn something..we have called cps many times there continueing to look into the situation..what i think is wrong is the fact the state of pa gave the kids to some one not even related to them plus the father had no knowlege of her actions..so we nedd to find out if she told the truth even to be able to give up temp custody... and if he would have had to sighn paper legaly ..for her to be able to give up her rights..we are concerned she has done something illleagel for the tempoary custody to be granted and he wants full custody of his children

Your thread is incoherent, but the court can place a child wherever it is in the best interest of the child and usually children in emergency situations or dropped off with the polive are placed in temporary fostercare by DCF. So what is happening is not unusual when there are not family deemed responsible enough to care for the children in the area. If the family can claim the kids and go before a judge and show they are responsible, they should be able to get custody of the kids.
