Im very concerned about my boyfriends children ..there mother and father didnot astablish custody of the children they are still married this woman left the state of ohio do to children serves being on her case,the oldest child had missed alot of school due to lice and she was sapose to go to court for this and fled..she is now liveing in the state of pennsylvania .we did all of reserch to find the children and there school ..there school secratray explained to my boyfriend that ..the mother gave temporary custody to a friend of hers..he had no knowledge of this..no papers no nothing..and children servises has been involved with these children in pa as well..what i want to know is how can the mother while she is legaly married to the kids father give rights up of these children ..and what we need to do to get these children in the fathers custody ..the mother doesnot live with the children the woman that has these children her husband was in prison..we need help to find out what we can do to get these children out of this womans home and with there father

1) Okay, so your boyfriend is still married to the mother of the children?

2) Did the mother give LEGAL temporary custody to the friend? Is there a
court order? (although I don't understand how she could, if there was no court order specifically giving her custody)

3) How long has the mother been in PA.


My questions are because if there was no custody order between the mother and the father, the mother did not legally kidnap her children. I have to say, though, that the first thing I would do is call CPS and give the mother's address and all other information you have on her to them. If she skipped out on a court date in OH, there may be a warrant out for her arrest.
