View Full Version : California laws - relocation agreement (could someone look at this for me?)

I have a relocation agreement and payback request that I have been consulted on by one Lawyer who is familiar with CA labor laws, and I am seeking one more lawyer that would be willing to look over the contract and the proposal for payback, to determine if it is fair.

I have been told that the contract is so poorly worded that it leaves many loopholes and questions about what exactly is to be paid back and when, I and I am just trying to protect myself from getting screwed.

Thanks in advance!

Corey

No lawyers follow this site looking for clients. I'd suggest contacting your local bar association to find a lawyer in your area.

Sorry, Corey, but that would violate the rules of this site.

If you want to PM me, I can direct you to a couple of websites that have Find A Lawyer sections, but I don't know of any forum like this one that would permit a responding attorney to consult with you like this.

I am also going to VERY strongly request that you remove your e-mail address from your post (if you don't, I'll do it for you). This is for your own protection; getting your address picked up by spammers is the LEAST Of what could happen to you.
