I am a contractor employee, but I was hired with a W-2, and on an hourly rate. I gave two week's notice to my employer when I found a permanent position. He told me to leave immediately! Is there any way to force him to pay me for the two weeks notice I gave? If not, do I qualify for unemployment for those two weeks in the state of South Carolina? This position was supposed to be a temp to perm position.

No, he doesn't have to pay your for time that you don't work. You can apply for unemployment and see what happens. In some states, you would get it, but I'm not sure about SC.
