I live in Arkansas and work at a hospital, the way they do our sick days is that the 1st one you dont get paid for but any others you do.I was sick on Friday and missed, then I went to work sick on Saturday and it made me worse, then Sunday I went to the doctor and he put me off Sunday & Monday to,so I shouldnt get paid for Friday, but shouldnt they pay me for Sunday and Monday?I put it in the computer and my supervisor took it off,she is only paying me for one of them. And that something else I dont think she should be able to change our time in the computer,I dont think anyone should be able to get into our time clock unless it is the payroll people. You can email me at pgdavis47@hotmail.com

First of all, I recommend you immediately edit your post to remove your email address; that just opens you up to spammers and other potential problems.
If that's the policy, that's the policy. You had a work day in between. Have you spoken to Human Resources about how the policy applies to this specific situation? The way I read this policy is:
Sick Friday - 1st day of incident, no pay
Worked Saturday
Sick Sunday - 1st day of 2nd incident, no pay
Sick Monday - paid sick day
In any case, supervisors are OFTEN charged with correcting time records if they are incorrect; they are the final approval stage. That you think that only payroll personnel should be editing your time records means nothing if the company feels that the supervisors should have this accessibility.
