I love her so much.
We havnt had sex. We wernt going to untill she was 18.

I just want to be with her.

we kept it a secret for 3 months, and when her mom found out she told Jimee
(my girl friend) that she can never see me agian, and if I come near her she will have me arrested.

If Mom doesn’t want you dating her minor daughter, then you can't. And if you do it anyway, then Mom can cause problems for you. Once Daughter turns 18, she can date anyone she wants to.

I talked to my friend on msn messenger about 20 minuts ago who knows to Sharifes!

I don't know where your friend is getting his information, but he is wrong. The magical age is 18, not 16. Until she turns 18, Mom's in charge. That is, of course, provided that Mom has custody and Daughter is not emancipated before turning 18 (for example, by getting married).

Jimee has been trying to find a way OUT of her moms house now for some time.
She has an older sister, she is 25.

Her mom has beat on Jimee, and she is so tired of all the verbal abuse.
And frankly the women is just scary!

So far her mom said so long as I dont come near Jimee she wont press charges.

Then the cops need to go back through police training. A minor (be they 14, 15, 16, or 17) does not have the right to date whomever they want to despite parental disapproval.

Yep. :) I was just giving an example of what would qualify her to be emancipated and no longer under Mom's control.

The only way a court would remove custody from Mom and award it to someone else is if they can prove Mom to be unfit. Would they have enough to prove that? I don't know. That's not an area that I have a lot of knowledge about. As a matter of fact, I have very little knowledge about it. Mom's criminal record I'm sure isn't going to look good, but... for example, a lot of people have had alcohol/drug problems in their past, but if it's in the past and not the present, then I don't know that it would have any bearing now. So, if she's clean now...

Maybe others on here can provide you with more information about this. Personally, I'd recommend that older sister talk to a local attorney about it.

I was just kidding about the last part.
From what Jimee has told me her mom doesnt hit her anymore.
But she used to.
She's over her Drug and Alcohol problems. So she says.
Tho Sandy's Husdband Tom. He's another story. He has never hit Jimee. He can't or Sandy would beat him with a freeking stick!

Anyways Tom here is a drug dealer, one of the more bigger ones in my little town. He uses drugs too. I've seen him do it! The last time I was over at Jimee's house Tom was standing on the front deck getting high.

Her mom in some scary way probly IS the only person to take care of her. Her sister has a few "issues" from what I've been told.

But the verbal abuse is still there. She still scares her so much. And I'm frightend that I'll lose her for good if her mom keeps treating her this way!
Now my mom said she would adopt Jimee, and if Jimee wants to when she is 18 she can move in with us. Jimee said as SOON as I'm 18 I'm out of the house!

Now for us to get married when she is 16 her mom would have to agree with that right? She would have to sign a paper. Well that blows that idea out of the water! She wont even let me near her with out getting me arrested!

Welp.. I guess I can look at it this way!

I have 4 years.
4 years to get my life in order.
4 years to finish college.
4 years to get into a really good job.
4 years to help my mom get her bussness started.
4 years to get my house built.
and 4 years untill I can be with her.

Well, I would still warn you not to push it. If you are working at a private Christian school, and the mother decides that she just can't stand having you around her daughter, she can cause serious problems with your employment. Just keep that in mind.

what do i do? i respect her parent's wishes and stay away from her, thats what i would do.her mother decides who she can associate with for the next four years, and if she tells you not to see or contact her, thats her right, and you need to respect her decision, if you dont, she can cause you a lot of problems, you could end up facing serious criminal charges.my advice find an adult to date, and leave the children alone, before you get into serious trouble with the law

So far I haven't been wrong. Oh, she's been at FA today also. It's too bad that there isn't a law that would allow a Judge to sentence someone to never being able to post again.;)
