I am a male, and where I work everyone is female. Up until recently things were peachy and now my former employeer seems to think everything i do is wrong and everything everyone else does is okay. I was yelled at for talking on my cell phone, but when a female employee was on her cell phone she didn't get in one bit of trouble. And also they are allowed to take things and pay for them later, but when I tired it I lost my job and was told I was stealing. Even though she told me i could quit i said fine and when i was leaving she said this would be on my employment record (after i said i quit) and I even offered to pay for the merchandise, but she would not let me. And also she seems to know everything I was saying on my cell phone as such it seems she was eavesdropping on a personal private conversation that i was having. It was okay with old management, this is with new management.

If you were treated differently solely because of your gender then you can file a claim with the EEOC.
