Hello, my name is Ed and I live in Illinois. I'm sorry to bother you guys but I have been working for a restaurant for 3 years now. There is alot of bad things that go on there (sexual harassment/innuendoes, etc. etc.) and alot of it is directed at me. Lastnight while I was at work I started to leave a note for the morning shift, we got busy so I stopped and went to help. When I got back to finish writing my note there was a drawing on it of my performing oral sex on another man, with a rude comment about my wife written by another employee. I know it was me or directed at me because it had my name written on the person performing the sexual act along with another employees name the other person recieving the sexual act. This was done by another employee that works with me. Also when I asked about it another employee ran over and took the picture and tried to get rid of it, I have it in my possesion now as proof that this stuff is going on and did happen. I know it sounds stupid but this happens all the time and nothing has been done to correct the problem. I'm really growing tired of being treated this way. The main company keeps switching general managers when things get bad and this manager has been here about 4 months and when things such as these are brought up you are told what you want to hear and nothing is actually done to correct the situation. An employee told me to contact a lawyer and file a lawsuit but I have no clue as how to go about this or if I can even file a lawsuit over this kind of stuff. Is there anything that I can do to get this to stop besides quitting my job, I need the income since I'm trying to support my wife and going to college. Any help is greatlly appreciated. Thanks Ed
