How do I get a legal aged child of mine out of my home? I lease a house and she is on the occupant list. She is 20, verbally abusive, pays no rent, does nothing to contribute to the family. She has a child who I don't want living on the street but can not live any longer this way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hard one there-- go get an attorney and evict her and remove her from occupancy. IF there are grounds, you may even want to pursue a restraining order but this situation does not sound that extreme.
