OK listen, I was suspended for a late money order purchase. Is what I'm told from Frito Lay but I have proved to the VP of human Resource that I wasn't late. I have been under a Docotors care for the last 3 months because of a neck problem.( not work related) and I have missed 2 days work and have had to take off 3 days a week early because the doctors appointments. I was placed off work for 6 weeks and the day after I turn my excuse into my boss I recieved a call from her and was told I was subspened for 4 days on the 3 day I recieved a call from her boss and I was told I was fired 3 days ago. I did get it on tape that I was just suspended. I think this money order thing is just a way to get out of paid medical bill. Can a company do this???????

Yes, you can be fired and not told about it till four days later.

I know what he was asking, (I do decipher a 3 year old and a 1 year old all day!) CBG, you answered his question.

He didn't understand how he could be fired while he was on suspension. He had been suspended for 4 days. On the third day of suspension, they called and told him he was fired effective the first day of the suspension. He wanted to know if his employers could fire him after telling him that he was on suspension, even though he had taped his employers when they told him he was suspended for 4 days. (run-on sentence from Hades!)
