I am developing a diversity training class for my company and want to include some good scenarios. Do any of you have any issues? One area I'm really struggling to come up with is suggestions on how our employees should deal with people who have heavy accents. If you have suggestions on this or other situations, please let me konw.

No need to give me state and federal law info re: discrimination, because I have that already. I'm just looking for practical everyday advice on situations, if you have any.

Tracy: I'm sorry I don't have any issues for you - someone else might. They're certainly welcome to respond if they do. Hopefully someone will be able to assist you. But there are only five or six HR people who regularly respond here - this might not be the best place for you to get a lot of answers.
