According to Colorado Employment Laws, do bathroom breaks have to be included in alotted 10 minute breaks?

Also, if a manager were to take out all the males in the office to drink, and say no girls allowed, leaving all the women in the office working, is that a form of sexual discrimination?

Your breaks are for whatever you need to use them for. The law doesn't provide specifically for "restroom breaks".
