I'm a student currently studying in singapore. I've come across certain terms which i dont really understand.

can anyone tell me or explain further to me regarding some of the terms below:
(a) Tort
(b) negligence of duty
(c) subject to contract
(d) difference between tort and contract law
(e) privity of contract
