Getting Divorced in TX. When looking up Deed info for Atty, found that husbad put Deed in his Business name almost 1 yr ago. Purchase date 9/2004

Looks like he let our Homeowners Association Dues become delinquent enough that a lien was filed. I never had knowledge of the lien so when he paid dues I thought everything was good. Looks like, he intercepted the lien release docs and went solo to change the deed from our names, to his business name. I am pretty sure that this was not only intentional, but that the Finance company advised him on how to do it..........Representative of company is also his best friend! Please advise.

No and I think it was intentional. He is probably trying to get money for his business or money without you knowing. I suggest that you go seek the advice of a divorce attorney as you may need to file for legal separation or divorce to get your half of the property back in your name. You will likely either need to confront your spouse and demand he take the property out of the business name and back into both of your names or take other legal action. I cannot really understand any scenario under which he did this without telling you where it is innocent.
