I am wanting to know if I am able to move out of the state of Kansas to live with my new husband in Illinios. I am divorce from my 5 yr old son father and I am the cust-parent. But I was told if I move my ex can get full custody of our son. Is this true? I have a 6 month old baby with my new husband and we want to be together but my ex is holding us back and I would like to know if he can do that? :confused:
