Does anyone know if you're convicted of Insurance Fraud, as well as Arson in CA if you can still work in a Real Estate office, or anything of the sort? This is the case with my ex wife. She was the Admin. Asst. for a Real Estate office, but was fired after she was arrested at work for falsely reporting her car stolen and burning it instead. She has been trying to get another job at another Real Estate office....can she do this? She says she can always get a job in loans, if she can't get a job in Real Estate. She hasn't been convicted as of yet.........All I know, is that if she is convicted and does get a job with another Real Estate office, I'd hate to be the customer that gives my information to her.........Let's just say too, that we've been divorced for 10 yrs. have a 12 yr old daughter together, which she won't let me see, but that's another story, and we don't get along AT ALL!
