My company moved from NY to SF & offerred selected employees a bonus & relocation expenses to make the move. Employees were asked to sign an agreement to repay all monies if they leave before 1 year. I did not sign the agreement but took the monies. After 8 months I am unhappy & want to leave the company. Am I obligated to repay the money? :confused:
