In March 2004, I received the employer contributions which 50% matching my 2003's bonus, now I found these contributions were deducted from my 401K account in April 2005.
As per our HR's explanation: 401k management Co. deducted this contriburions per their instruction because of an error was detected in my 401k account
Now my questions are as follows:
1)Employer can chang the mind and recall contributions after one year?
2)Employer can deduct money from my account without any notification?
3)May I require our HR to provide evidence for the incorrect match.
Your early reply will be very appreciated.

Thank you and best regards,
