I am currently 4 1/2 months pregnant and i talked to my HR manager to see about maturnity leave and i was told that i have 6 weeks of unpaid maturnity leave. Are there any laws and or organizations in va that would be able to financially help me during those 6 weeks?

The federal government and the state government do not have any programs to give you financial assistance that I am aware of.
