I was wondering what the legal amount of days in a row a company can make you work in the state of Nebraska. When I worked for Walmart they got in trouble for having people work more then 5 days in a row. My boyfriend just started a job and they are scheduling him 10 8 hour days in a row. I was just wondering the legal limit in Nebraska.

According to my source, Nebraska has no limit. You could technically be required to work 365 days in a year.
