 My landlords are a married couple. Several months ago the husband started "sharing" intimate details of their sex life, or lack there of. He would also make jokes towards me regarding "working something out" when he gave permission for requests, like when we asked to get a dog. But then he started complaining about how his wife only wore lingerie once every 6 months, wouldn't give him sex often enough and how a "man needs it more often then that" and telling me how he wanted to have sex with someone else cuz "my father always said its okay to kave a one night stand, but not an affair". When my sister was visiting (whom is quite the looker) he commented on her being a hottie and then asked her to go out for a drink with him. I tries to nicely tell him these things made me uncomfortable but he didn't get it. I am married and not interested but it feels like he's "fishing" and it pisses my husband off. Anyone have any advice?

Try to be professional with him and tell him you expect the same and have your husband there while dealing with hiim. IT could be he is just doing friendly flirting or looking for sympathy and cannot afford therapy. Landlord does not sound like he is really trying to do anything but just is inappropriate. As for your sister, that is her business if she wants to look and he wants to also, but you should ask her not to stay with you if she is going to do that. But try to be professional and have no reason to interact- maybe send in rent or have ytour husband deliver it.
