Am I entitled for a copy of my employment file? I was recently terminated and would like a copy for my records. This is the state of Kentucky. I would like these so my future employer can see all of my evaluations since I was terminated. Any help greatly appreciated!!!

Kentucky has no statute requiring your employer to give you a copy of your personnel file. It is entirely up to your employer whether to do so or not.
