I am in the heating and air business. I am told there is a way for me to have my employees that call on customers clasified more as sales people then technicians. My technicians do alot of selling in the home they sell systems, repairs and add on repairs before worn parts become a failure so yes they do sell. !00% commision puts more money in the tech's pocket and gives better service to the customerand should help me not have to pay overtime. Is this leagal in California.
