What does the Oregon Law say about an employer calling a sick employee at home about work or personal issues. Our employment policy allows for paid sick time. The employee has followed the policy and has not left any tasks undone. A supervisor in a different department thinks it is okay to call employees at home when they are ill to follow up on day to day tasks. I say it is a violation of labor laws. Please clarify. Thanks
