Thank you for all your replies. Here is the latest developments.
No I have never signed any paperwork allowing him to take the children
out of state to live. The courts do not have any paperwork regarding
any kind of modification for the move to Vermont. I have spoke with an
attorney he did say he violated the court aggrements about the move. The
kids are stating they are not getting on the plane that they are
refusing to go. I had a deputy from here come speak with us and he said I
have to take them to the airport but it is there decision to get on that
plane or not. I can not make them but I do have to show that I have
attempted to take them back. He also said I will not be arrested but I will
be in contempt but I will not be arrested because they chose not to get
on the
plane. It would be different I refused to take them to the airport.
For as the meds, I have no bottle for them just the sandwich bag he put
the pills in. The deputy did tell me it is a felony for me to even have
them because there is no bottle's with there names on it.
I will be taking them to a doctor. And I will be seeking counseling for
them. THey are terrified of there father.
