This case is from WV to NC. I am a mother of one. I pay child support and have no visitation(court ordered) long story as my ex had connections within the judicial system and I couldnt afford an attorney as I was homeless as well. Not saying my daughter is in a bad home as my ex is a good father to her. What are my chances of getting my child support reduced from the 300.00 a month I pay on part time hours .There are alot of different circumstances now as to when the order was placed. Then my ex was making 5.75 hr @ 40 hrs a week and I was making 7.00 @ about 30 hrs a week. Now he makes over 11.00 @40+ hrs and I make 10.00 @ 25 hrs a week. Any advice? The case is in WV but now I reside in NC.
