I work in a call center in Virginia, and I was just recently promoted to a manager position and I have gotten the offer and started getting the paycheck then in the training for the position they didn't my comments and decided I was not ready for the promotion. I was told countless times in the training class that everything I said in the training class was confidential, I have written proof that it was not, and it was used to get me demoted. I was just wondering if there is anything I can do
Not really. If they don't think you're ready for the promotion, it doesn't make any difference whether you can "prove" them wrong or not; they're not required by any law to promote you.

I guess I"m just mad that they gave it to me then took it away, like I have moved into a new apt that I can't afford now that they took the raise away seams like there should be a prosses of going down
