Police enforced contact veto's put the power in the wrong place..

It takes the power away from the two people who are reuniting..

If a birth mother says no contact to the searching adoptee then that
is between the two of them.. In time it is hoped they will work it
out..
In time maybe they will be able to understand the issues of the
other.. Give a little and take a little..

But the woman is going to have to deal with it.. eventually..
Big brother is not taking care of her.. Big brother is not using her.
