I'm currently working with a start up company. Unfortunately due to inadequate funding they have fallen behind on payroll. Way behind. It's now up to three months. Of course, I knew the risk going in but now I may have to leave temporarily to do consulting work or just go elsewhere permanently. My question is what are my rights concerning unpaid wages and how do I protect them?
