I have been bullied by ladies at work and my supervisor is one of the ladies. I have been to my doctor with medical conditions due to stress. I have been admitted to a hospital with facial numbness. I have been to HR for help with no reslatution to the problems. I now am facing large medical bills I cannot afford to pay because of the stress. Are my medical issues the responsibilty of my company. :confused: Can anyone help me with any infomation.

You can try to submit a workers comp claim, but be advised that it is VERY difficult to get a stress claim paid under workers comp.

Other than that, no, your employer has no liability for your medical bills.
