Kelli, I had to petition the court and they assigned a CI to
my case. It is my understanding there are only 3 or 4 CI's registered
in Indiana and each charge differently. The cost for the filing fee
that you have to send to the court is $109.00. I can give you the
address to send your petition to and what needs to be included in it.
I have talked to 2 of them and they charge differently. Mary Hinds
office at the IN State Dept/Vital Records gave me info about Indiana's
CI program, there is also info on the program on line.

Hi Ruth.....
Just wondered if you have had a chance to talk with your friend in
Fort Worth like we discussed in the chatroom a few days ago. We
have taken 4 loads down and put in storage and are taking 2 more
loads tomorrow. Haven't found a house yet, but we have an
appointment to see one Saturday (keep your fingers crossed). It
sure would be nice to get a job quickly when we get moved........will
load a truck probably next Thursday or Friday to complete the move.

Dear Chosenbaby -
I just had my birthday a few days ago. And yes, I've always dreaded
my birthday. To me, its just a reminder of the day I was given away.
I've always wondered if my mom thinks about me. I think about her
all the time, more so lately for some reason. I was born in Kansas
City, MO and that state seems to close doors in your face every which
way you turn. Its disgusting that we don't seem to have any rights!
I hope you had an okay birthday. Mine wasn't any more depressing than
usual, so I guess that's a good one.

Larry, from a quick check of the birthrecords that I can access, it
looks like the last name is the bdads last name, at least all the ones
for that year. Theres not many on there for 1944, but nothing showing
with that bdate. The other unfortunate thing is this one doesn't show
BC#'s

to run with it for you
