I live in NH and have worked for the same company for 5 years. There have been several times in wich i have not gotten my pay when I was supposed to or it was for a small amount just to hold me over until she had money to pay me. I was due to get paid on Thursday February 16,2006 and as of today Tuesday February 22,2006 I have not gotten my pay. She has not called me and will not answer the phone when I call. She says that she has to cut my hours do to lack of money.. That I understand but I have done the time and would like to get my pay.. What can I do?????
