im 17 years old and i live in chesterfield south carolina...Is it legal for me to move out of my moma and dads house and them not being able to do anything about it??? Also could my mother do anything if i moved in with a 28 year old boy..??

You need to post your questions on a family law board; however, I will tell you that yes, your parents damn well could do something if you move in with a 28 year old man (a 28 year old is not a boy); they can drag you home, ground you till your 18th birthday and have his *** thrown in jail.
