Back in October I signed an agreement with my ex so she could move out of state with our daughter (4 years old) We agreed that I would get her every other month until school starts, when school starts I will see her at least one weekend a month and every holiday & vacation, Winter, Spring, Summer, etc. She even wanted to move so badly that she said she would reimburse me for the child support every month. We signed this agreement in front of a notary public. Now she has not followd some of the agreements that we had made. (I would not have signed this agreement in the 1st place but I did not have any money for a lawyer) Now I fianlly received a loan and I am trying to get residential custody of my daughter. Do you think this will be possible and what steps should I take?? Please advise.
