I was hired by a company based in Ohio, this company recruited me to start a branch office in Kansas City, In the interview process I stated that I had several large contracts that where ending and that my current employer was not large enough to support a contract this size and that I would need bid support to win the contract again. In the interview they assured me that they have contracts this size and that I would havefull access to the bid desk. I resigned my current position and accepted the offer that had paragraph stipulating that if I when these contracts I would have a special commission plan. I submitted all the information for the bid and the bid desk submitted an incomplete bid hours before the bid was due. After complaining to my manager, I resubmitted three other large opportunities and never received a response from the bid desk and my manager stated I was on my own. During this time they have a new expense policy and it took 6 weeks for business cards, and 90 day later I still have no literature on our capabilities nor will they ok the one's I made. Also they have not set up quota or expectations as far as sales performance. Now they are saying that I am not performing and that my job is in jeopardy. Do I have recourse?
