Arizona. I'm salary Excutive manager( 3 years ) ,who have been absure by my boss , I'm looking for another job so I can quit, after I have meeting to complaint about the boss, about working condition. They known I 'm going to leave, but I'm not give any notice yet.,they hire my replacement, and 2 weeks later they give aletter that I will leave by 02-15 or be terminated. I do complaim to the HR corporartion , They offer me a demotion position w/ reduction my salary. I;m not accept , so they fired me . I'm a good worker, no any document before. Do I have a case ,contructive, wrongfull terminated
