Yo man.....I know what your going through. This thing and this court system is so unfair. actually unfair is an understatment. Here you have a descent life and your a good person who just happen to make a baby with someone and these damn people take your life and throw it under a moving sanitation truck. I mean I've been dealing with stints of mild depression as well . like what the hell are we supposed to due. they say well get another job ....like if a person can just get up and find work like that then there should be absolutely no unemployment right? They take your license and put u in jail and your arrears keep going up...what the hell is this? You just wanna quit your job and disappear. It's one big nightmare. My lawyer told me to deal with it right b4 I fired him. Yo greg just keep ya head up I mean something gotta give cause this can't be right!

oh yeah...go outside dog life is short. Don't let this thing take the breath out of you. There are still some happy and good times left ahead of ya. No matter what they do you just try and hold it together. I'm paying 200 a week And I can't even damn near eat and 4get about a vacation or any extra holidays or anything. The thing that kills me is that I know that the child does not see nothing close to 200 dollars a week. So whose monitoring that?
I'm sure she's probably paying for her boyfriends car insurance or something.

The very first thing that you need to do is file for a modification and/or an abatement of CS. Until you do that the amount of arrears will grow and grow. All you will need is medical documentation of why you are unable to work and are applying for SS. Contact your local or state Bar Association to see if they have a list of lawyers doing pro bono work, and also contact legal aid.

What is your actual diagnosis? There are alot of mental illnesses that can cause a break down. You MUST stay on whatever meds you have been prescribed and keep going to therapy. Staying in the house is not doing you any good. Try going to a local family restaraunt for coffee in the mornings. You don't have to buy breakfast, and coffee isn't expensive. You can also just go to a mall or Walmart and walk around. The main thing is to be around other people, you'll be amazed at how much it will help.

Why did you lose your DL? My husband is an OTR driver, he lost his in 2000 for non payment of CS, but it was reinstated as soon as he went to court for contempt and paid a purge. Good luck and you are in my prayers.

I was a single mother for over 4 years and my ex lost his job and is saying he can't find a second one and he can't get more hours at the new one he is at.

I worked two jobs and at one I was working at closed down very quick one day the factory is going great the next they are handing out slips.

I took a job for a lot less then what I was making there. I still had my other part time. But with in a week and half was able to find another one.

They are out there and sometimes you have to just take what you can get.
