I have a commission only sales position in a Furniture store here in Kansas.
Just recently we are now required to come in a half hour early once a week to attend a training session on stain safe and mattress protection if our quota has not been met.
My question is this. Can they require us to come in for such training without getting paid for it?

As long as your commission for the workweek/hours worked (including the meeting time) is at least minimum wage, then it is legal.

What laws are you referring to regarding this commission, time without pay thread?
