OSHA came to my husband's work and informed them that the chemicals that his employer was using are illegal. After OSHA left his boss informed him and the other employees to keep using the chemicals despite what OSHA had said. What can he do?

He can file a complaint with OSHA. He CANNOT legally be fired for doing so, if that is a concern.
