My I-140 has been approved and my 1-485 is pending since the last 14 months. I switched my company on an EAD, since the project ended. But now my ex-employer is threatning to terminate my 1-485 if I do not join them in the new project. My query is , is it possible under any circumstances to teminate the I-485, after 180 days of its application
