I Work For A Chemical Co. In Pa. As A Driver And I Left For A Two Month Period At A New Employer When Back To The Chemical Co. In A Different Department And Now Several Driver Positions Have Come And Gone And My Old Manger Will Not Hire Me As A Driver While In The Same Co. Just Because He Does Not Like Me Nothing To Do With My Work Performence. And That Was Told To Me By Other Mangers Do I Have Any Legal Ground To Fight.
