I recently was laid off from a job I had worked over three years. I then applied for unemployment but before I was eligable, I took a commission only job. I worked for 8 weeks making $1500 total. I worked 6-7 days a week and more than 8 hours a day somtimes 12-14 hours. I drove 80 miles to work, I had to quit because I was making little money and this place of employment had some serious problems that effected the ability to set appointments. I am now being denied payment after they have paid 10 weeks and am expected to pay this back. I have appealed the decision but I don't understand. I am employed again and can't pay this back.
