I am a maintenance man for a property managemant company in and around Cleveland, OH. I am on call from the time I get off work(5:15 pm) until the next work day begins(8:15am) every day. I get a base on-call bonus wage, which is measly in my opinion, but I was wondering what the law is on this matter. Meaning....should I be getting an hourly rate while I'm on call? I think I'm getting the shaft. PLEASE HELP! :confused:
