I know that there is no legal standard as to when an employer has to pay your final paycheck so long as it is within a reasonable timeframe. Payroll was done during the time I was still an employee but mine was not added and now it has been 3 weeks. I have not been compensated according to my contract for the time alotted as well as vacation. Also, during the time I was an hourly employee I was not paid overtime I was forced to work 7 days a week for 4 months. What advise can you guys give me. I was thinking of filing a complaint with the FLDOL but my supervisor said it would not be in my best intrest to do so. What should I do at this point I feel threatened among other lovely adjectives. :mad:
