I was working for this company that would send us out of town to install windows and doors, and all he will give us for being out of town was 10$ a night for food. we had told him that eating burgers for lunch and dinner was not enough. working out of town every week was getting to me because i was not going to work out of town for staright pay and only 10$ for food a day. I quit on him and now he wants me to pay for the other guys overtime because i didnt show up to work the next day. I need some advice on this matter if its right or should i get a lawyer on this.

No, he cannot make you pay the other employee's overtime. If he persists yes, you might want to consult an attorney.

If you were not being paid time and a half for all hours over 40, file a complaint with your state DOL.
