Hi. I live in Az and am currently 8 months pregnant. I have been with my company for 1 yr and know that I can take up to 12 weeks off under FMLA. Unfortunately, most of the 6 weeks I plan to take off are going to be unpaid. Does Az have any disability pay available to woman having a ceseran section? When I was in Ca I was able to get 6 weeks of disability.

Only a handful of states have state disability insurance programs. Arizona is not one of them.
