Can anyone please advise of Delaware's definition of a "Hostile Work Enviornment"? My office and my place of residence is in Delaware. The situation is face is difficult, involves other management employees located in other states (I am a management (exempt) employee), and involves demeaning attitudes and verbal communications from a female (I'm male). These communications are verbal and are non-sexual in nature.
Thank you.
The definition of a hostile work environment is the same in all states, give or take an occasional detail. I defined it four times yesterday just on these boards: here's a link to one of them.

Thanks cbg.... sorry to trouble you, however I only joined this discussion board today, and did not see your earlier postings.
Thank you again!
That's okay. Not a problem. I just couldn't bring myself to type it again.
C'mon back if you have any other questions.
